New generation Topcal S

The new generation of the well established Topcal S measuring, cleaning and calibration system from Endress+Hauser makes fully automatic pH and ORP measurement possible even in particularly aggressive process environments. Three independent, industry-tested double-membrane pumps replace the revolver pump present in the previous generation. This increases the unit's performance particularly for heavy-duty applications and when using aggressive cleaning agents such as concentrated acids and alkalis.

  The first digital oxygen sensor using Memosens

Endress+Hauser introduces Oxymax W COS21D, the first digital oxygen sensor incorporating Memosens technology. The measured value is digitized directly in the sensor and can then be transmitted as a digital signal without interference to the transmitter for further processing. It is this which distinguishes the design of the COS21D sensor from all other oxygen sensors on the market for use in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

 

  Non-glass pH sensors now available with Memosens

There have been some new additions to the Memosens family of pH sensors from Endress+Hauser. Alongside glass electrodes incorporating Memosens Technology, which are already being used very successfully in the field of analytical measurement, non-glass Tophit pH sensors based on ISFET are now also available with Memosens Technology.

 

  Memocheck for system qualification

In the process industry and particularly in regulated industries such as the pharmaceutical sector, the metrology used is of crucial importance when it comes to quality control of the finished product. Here, the users must be able to place complete trust in the reliability and accuracy of the installed devices and the traceability of the recorded process parameters. The Memocheck qualification tool from Endress+Hauser verifies data transmission independently of the sensor.

 

  New conductivity sensor with certified hygiene

With the new Indumax H CLS54, Endress+Hauser is launching a conductivity sensor with certified hygienic design onto the market. This is to meet the requirements of the food and beverage industry for the next few years. In addition, it is designated for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector, for which proof of hygiene in the form of the relevant certificates is indispensable.
